The recipients of the 1st Annual Hooley Awards were announced at the awards dinner.

 

Real World Community Paramedicine Initiatives

Community Paramedicine and Mobile Integrated Health were a hit at the conference this year! Bryant Hernandez of East Baton Rouge EMS, Dr. Michael Gonzalez of Houston Fire Department and Cory Kissling of Allina Health EMS joined together for a panel discussion on the Community Paramedicine programs they have implemented. The panelists helped attendees understand the importance of community healthcare initiatives and offered real world examples.

 

The Keynote: David Page

David Page, MS, NRP, is an EMS instructor at Inver Hills Community College, and a field paramedic with Allina EMS in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Page shared the inspiring story of the innovative program of St. Paul Fire EMS Academy and Freedom House.

 

The Comradery

Attendees not only networked with industry leaders, but were able to interact with one another. Throughout sessions, vendor breaks and after-conference hours, attendees conversed, exchanged ideas and shared resources.

 

Reporting Solutions

Data was analyzed real-time and reports on display through the 20’ TV wall. Attendees were wowed by the types and number of reports generated by ImageTrend’s reporting services team.
