Extended Customer Support Hours for Your Convenience

 

We are thrilled to announce an enhancement to our customer support hours, designed to better accommodate your needs. As our global customer base grows, we recognize the importance of being available to assist you whenever you need us.

Effective September 3, our customer support hours will be extended. Our support team will now be available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday. This is a significant change from our previous hours of 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM CT, giving you an additional three and a half hours of support each day.

This change ensures that whether you're starting your day early, working late, or operating in a different time zone, our team is ready to assist. We understand that timely support is crucial when managing patient data, incident reporting, analytics, billing, and other operational tasks that keep your organization running smoothly.
